Lead Generator

My client a leading UK manufacturer who offer a complete in-house one stop innovative solution which includes design, manufacture and installation.

Due to expansion this is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a progressive company. Experience of sales and customer service role is essential. Successful applicant will be
- Confident following up on sales leads and speaking with key decision makers
- Account managing existing and lapsed accounts to maximise sales opportunities
- A strong communicator with experience of dealing with customers by telephone and face to face.
- IT literate (system specific training to be provided)
- Motivated, enthusiastic and keen to provide good standard of service.

**The Role & Responsibilities**
- Utilise lead generation tools to identify individuals and companies that fit the customer profile.
- Initiate contact with potential leads, aiming to understand their needs, and educate them about the products and services you offer.
- Build relationships with customers and nurture their interest
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
- General administration related tasks which assist the business operation
- Sales aftercare telephone calls to touch base with customers

- Facebook/Instagram/linked in professional experience desirable
- Flexible and helpful attitude

- Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5.30pm & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. Flexible hours available

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
