**The role**
- To develop and execute marketing plans that increase subscriptions & App revenues AND Audience reach across all channels.
- To ensure effective end to end delivery of marketing activity within agreed budgets including liaising with relevant stakeholders for delivery.
- To report on effectiveness of campaigns against agreed KPI's.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate an understanding of brand strategy and audience by effective campaign positioning and messaging.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to formulate marketing campaign plans in line with main business objectives.
- Analyse effectiveness of marketing activity and ensure investment is maximised.
- Monitor consumer trends and incorporate into marketing campaign plans.
- Analyse competitive marketing activity to inform the development of marketing plans.
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support on all marketing activity including events & brand partnerships to deliver against KPI's.

**Day to day responsibilities**
- Manage and execute campaign deliverables - Ideation, campaign scheduling, campaign content & creative including copy writing and managing creative execution.
- Manage website updates for campaigns including optimising landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Analyse and report on campaign response and ensure learnings are applied for future campaigns.
- Managing campaign marketing budgets - reporting on spend & forecasting spend.
- Managing day to day comms & fulfil requirements for DSB and any other subscription & app partners (e.g., updating copy & pricing).
- Supply key inputs to weekly, monthly, and annual reports using the most accurate, up-to-date information available. Be prepared to discuss assumptions used for developing budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in a variety of special projects as requested, including explorations of system or process improvements.
- Supporting ad hoc business requests from PR, Editorial and other business functions.

**General duties of everyone who is part of the organisation**

- Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as and when required by your manager

- This role has no direct reports but will be working in a multi-stakeholder environment

- Marketing budget management, ensuring target CPAs are maintained
