The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team based in Park Royal. This role will be instrumental in helping deliver our priorities for growth, driving awareness, acquisition, and conversion across our Restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Marketing Manager in developing a consumer and commercial focused annual Restaurant Marketing plan
  • Identify ways to grow sales and collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance
  • Support the Food Team in developing a robust EPD and NPD pipeline, based on clear market and customer insight, and help deliver flawless marketing execution in support of this activity
  • Support on all media campaigns, inputting into briefs, managing the execution, and helping analyze media performance
  • Support the planning and execution of tactical Digital Marketing campaigns (paid and organic social, paid media, CRM, Loyalty), evaluating performance
  • Support the creation of the Merchandising strategy and planning to drive sales, and collaborate with Ops to drive execution
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the execution of our Pricing strategy
  • Input into all creative and packaging design development for Restaurants, working closely with our in-house Design team and external agencies
  • Partner with our Customer Services team to transform data into actionable insight, that leads to positive shifts in customer experience
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that showcase Wasabi's ESG efforts, helping to communicate our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices
  • Support in all planned and ad hoc Restaurant research projects
  • Support Delivery and Local Store Marketing as sales driving channels
  • Support the management of the Restaurant Marketing budgets
  • Foster a sense of one team and ensure all relevant team stakeholders are aligned
Requirements
  • Relevant, proven experience in Quick Service Retail / Casual Dining
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, drive, and ownership
  • Strong organizational ability and project management experience, attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Experience in working with agencies (creative, media, and research) and in-house teams to help execute consumer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience in the development of critical time paths for timely delivery of all activity
  • Be customer-obsessed and analytical
  • Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively, building validated working relationships both internally (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Food Development, and Operations) and externally with agencies
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
