Passford House is a delightful 53 bedroom Country House Hotel, just two miles from Lymington.

We are recruiting for a full time Hotel Receptionist. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service from check in to check out. You will enjoy interacting with hotel guests and making their stay a special one.

The Role:

- Answering the telephone and making guest bookings
- Checking guests in and out
- Processing payments and end of day banking
- Computer work using our property management system (allocating guest rooms/ organising special requests)

The successful applicant must be computer literate and be able to communicate with our guests and staff alike. You will need the ability to work as part of a small team and able to multi task. Additional training will be provided if required. Working hours will include shifts and weekends.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
