Property Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to join an expanding Property Team based in a Salisbury based Legal firm.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages
- Conduct title searches and ensure the property's ownership is clear
- Coordinate with lenders, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Review legal documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Ensure all necessary documentation is properly filed and recorded
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role or environment
- knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is full time 9-5 monday - friday
Bonus structure paid quarterly, 24 days holiday + bank holidays. Progression for the right person
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
