**Role Overview**: We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our team at our 3-bedded Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Rugeley.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to the children and young people in our home.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
- Implement care plans and ensure the well-being of each resident.
- Engage in activities and support the educational and personal development of the children.
- Participate in shift patterns starting from 10am, including sleep-ins.

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate, caring, and patient nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by Beacon Childcare.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £11.82
- Additional £50 per sleep-in shift
