Senior Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity to work for a growing company, and to be able to make your mark, and make a difference, with this standalone role

What you will do

You will lead their Marketing function and contribute to their continued growth by contributing to and implementing their marketing strategies that deliver their business plan, such as campaigns, brand awareness, social media updates, etc.

You will have demonstrative experience of success in a similar role ideally in consultative sales or a service industry, and B2B is essential. You must have experience of working for small companies in a hands-on role.

What you will do

Overall responsibility for external and internal marketing communications and representing the brand

Plan and implement a calendar of marketing activities such as regular blogs and articles, including targeted client campaigns

Maintaining and updating the website - keeping content engaging and fresh

Regular update of social media platforms with engaging posts, videos and other content

Rolling out a regular programme of webinars, including attendee management and capturing and recording improvements for future webinars

Measurement of client satisfaction using metrics such as NPS

Regular update and creation of marketing literature and brochures to showcase their services

Development and updating of case studies and client testimonials (including videos for website)

Maintaining contact lists and ensuring seamless integration across internal databases and external services such as Mailchimp

Use of metrics and measurements from a variety of sources (e.g. Google Analytics) to inform the marketing strategy

Undertaking desk-based marketing research and lead generation for the Business Development team

About you

You will be a superstar experienced marketing professional, and a brilliant communicator with warmth and humility at senior levels.

You will hold a recognised marketing qualification or can demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.

It is **essential**you are experienced with **WordPress** and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud e.g. **Photoshop and InDesign** is desirable.
