**The Role**:
**Employment Associate 3-5 PQE - Top 20 Global law firm - City of London**

This team is highly ranked in the Legal 500 tiers for London and is growing at the Associate level - this makes for an exceptional chance to join a firm that stands out for quality, diversity and inclusion in a role that will see you gain a lot of responsibility while being supported to do so.

**You must be a UK qualified solicitor, with 3-5 PQE gained in the UK with experience relating to the below.**

You'll benefit from a full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law and, if appropriate, opportunity for advocacy at preliminary hearings.

In this role you'll also advise Human Resource Managers, In-house Counsel Managing Directors and other senior personnel on a variety of employee relations issues. Also, drafting, reviewing and advising on HR policies, employment contracts and directors' service agreements.

You'll also act for high net worth individuals in negotiating service agreements, team moves or termination arrangements as well as advising internationally based clients on employment law in the UK and co-ordination of the international projects and advice.

On top of this you'll act on High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employer or employees and provide some corporate support - often acting as sole employment specialist (excluding pensions) in corporate transactions.

This role will come with a clear cut path to progress; the partners in the team are keen to bring people up through the ranks.

**Requirements & Responsibilities**:

- 3-5 PQE UK Qualified Solicitor;
- Strong employment law experience including:

- Tribunal litigation
- Advising senior personnel on a variety of employee relations issues
- Drafting, Reviewing & advising on HR policies, employment contracts and directors' service agreements
- Negotiating service agreements, team moves or termination agreements
- Advising internationally
- High court proceedings
- Corporate Support (NOT including pensions advise)
