- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Methodical and conscientious in approach - with keen attention to detail
- Must have experience with SAGE

**About the role**:

- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- £11.00 per hour. (dependant on experience)
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance minutes as well as supporting the senior management team with all performance management procedures
- All aspects of HR related administration
- Carrying out return to work interviews and monitoring absences
- Assisting with new employee inductions
- Arranging necessary training for employees, liaising with the senior management team to ensure requirements are met
- Recruitment - job advertisements, arranging and conducting interviews and job offers
- Permanent position for the right person.
- Start: ASAP.
