Helpdesk Support Agent

A well established technology based company in Hertford are recruiting for an additional member of their helpdesk team
The roles purpose is to assist clients with technical issues on print hardware products, IT, networking and print management software such as PaperCut and Equitrac, providing support to avoid field service and technical visits, and increase service productivity.
This is an office based role in Hertford and the salary is upto £32000 per annum
Being part of the Helpdesk Team, the job holder is the first line remote fix of service calls logged by clients, and to remotely monitor clients' devices.
Day to day the role will include
2. 1st Line remote diagnosis, escalation to 2nd line
3. Liaising with stock department daily
4. Liaising with Call Control daily
5. Placing orders for parts and consumables
This is a great opportunity to be a part of an exciting business at the forefront of their sector. To be considered you will ideally have 12 months experience within an IT related position and have exceptional customer service skills.
