Our Central Reservations Office in Holt, Wiltshire is looking to recruit a Reservations Agent to join our lovely and friendly team. We are looking for someone with a warm and friendly personality that stands out over the phone as well as in person. You will need to be thorough, with a can-do attitude and great attention to detail in your work; ensuring our guests have a unique and exceptional stay with us.

**This is either a full or part-time position, Monday to Friday, but you may be expected to work an occasional half day on Saturdays. This position has an hourly rate of £11.25, plus generous service charge. Please note this role is office based only and we will not be able to accommodate working from home in this instance.**

**As a reservations agent, you will be required to**:

- Deal with reservation enquiries for all 5 properties within the Luxury Family Hotel group.
- Wherever possible maximising revenue by converting enquiries into bookings whilst ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Ensuring all that reservations are uploaded accurately into the reservations system
- Manage and develop reservation enquiries into confirmed bookings and to communicate and liaise with the individual hotels
- To ensure that you have detailed knowledge of all of the hotel facilities and USP’s in order to deliver excellent customer service
- To cross sell alternative hotels and to ‘upsell’ upgraded rooms and additional products such as restaurant bookings, spa treatments or special occasion treats such as champagne or flowers.

Our Central Reservations team are based at the Glove Factory, in Holt, where you'll find a work hub of studios opening onto a garden courtyard with sculptures, all-weather furniture, olive trees and galvanised planters for herbs and espaliered apple and pear trees.
