**About us**:
At Flex Living, we believe renting a home should be as easy as buying an item from Amazon, that means ensuring our guests have an abundance of choice and flexibility to cancel if their plans change. We aim to help landlords stop paying excessive management fees, and help renters live and work comfortably anywhere in the world.

Since our launch in 2019, we have doubled in size every six months, and have already launched Flex Living in multiple cities around the world. You’ll be joining us during a very exciting stage of development within our company.

**About the role**:
As the viewings coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising and communicating effectively with landlords
- Conducting, scheduling and organising viewings in different locations around London
- Acting as a Flex Living representative and carrying yourself in a positive, professional way
- Writing property descriptions and ensuring property details/statuses are up to date
- Assisting prospective and existing landlords over the phone and in-person

**About you**:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Have strong written and verbal skills
- Has high level of organisational skills
- Be driven to impress
- Be prepared to challenge things and seek solutions
- Be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Be proactive in promoting all aspects of Flex Living’s services
- Be a genuinely nice person
