Digital PR Lead - Join Our Team
We are looking for a Digital PR Lead to join our team, reporting to the Head of SEO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing digital PR team and leading the development and implementation of our outreach strategy.

What we're looking for:

- Experience managing and developing high-performing digital PR teams
- Experience in developing and owning digital PR strategies
- Experience in implementing high-performing outreach campaigns
- Experience working with SEO teams to drive growth
- Excellent understanding of modern SEO and link building
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Superb collaboration skills and ability to foster a creative team environment
- Highly organized and efficient, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to data/analytics and using it to inform future campaigns
- Excellent research skills and opportunity analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with stakeholders at all levels

Desirable qualifications:

- Experience in building a high-performance team from scratch
- Knowledge and experience in the travel sector
- Strong UK media & influencer relationships, ideally in the travel sector

Your key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital PR strategy and roadmap
- Set and achieve clear KPIs and targets to drive growth
- Mentor and support the development of your team into digital PR experts
- Coordinate and manage outreach campaigns from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with other teams to develop best practices and continuous improvement
- Work with internal & external PR teams to ensure aligned brand messaging & campaigns
- Ensure all campaigns are compliant by working with legal stakeholders
