Our client a well-known and much respected leader in their chosen field is looking to welcome a refunds administrator to join its dynamic team.

In this role you will be responsible for processing refunds for clients and external customers, ensuring refunds are processed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities
- Reconciling accounts to confirm that any credit is correct and contacting clients by telephone to process refunds by card, cheque, or bank transfer
- Liaising with branches and insurers to clarify any discrepancies
- Managing and prioritising the Refunds inbox
- Recording of refunds processed for the sales ledger team
- Reconciling client ledgers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
