**Business Telesales Advisor**

**Salary: Paying up to £25,000 + Uncapped Commission**

**Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.45am until 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am until 4pm with scheduled breaks and lunches.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Successfully generate qualified appointments for field sales agents (BDM’s)
- Following up on internal and external leads to move them from enquiry to appointment.
- Revenue generation
- Updating of CRM system - ensuring all customer records are kept up to date accurately
- Comply with company policies and FCA regulatory guideline
- Provide first class customer service to potential new customers and always portray the company in a positive manner.
- General sales admin tasks
- Competitor analysis
