Our client is currently looking for an Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team in York.

The Order Entry & Customer Service Advisors based in the UK at the company are a dynamic, diverse, and international team from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines working together to meet the needs of their customers.

**Salary**:£28K + bonus

**Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor Duties**:

- Processing orders using SAP
- Providing quotations for standard and custom optics
- Booking in goods and expediting purchase orders
- Communicate actively with the Sales, Supply chain and Finance functions, providing feedback where appropriate
- Follow up customer and internal queries in a timely manner
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction

**Order Entry & Customer Service Advisor Requirements:**
- University degree or equivalent
- Customer Service experience (Business to business)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluency in any other European language is beneficial
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems (ideally experience with SAP)
- Precision and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-organization skills - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
