We are looking for a confident **Support Worker** with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week (including a mixture of day shifts and night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at **Cygnet Adele Cottage.**

**Adele Cottage** is a 2 bed residential service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. We provide placements for adults who require a supportive home, with round the clock care. The aim of the service is to provide a Pathway from Cygnet Sherwood Lodge and other hospitals back to community living.

**Your day-to-day**
