This will include supporting the Service to maintain professional clinical standards and be professionally accountable for the delivery of its associated functions. They will provide highly specialised clinical advice to other mental health professionals as well as their direct reports, acting as the clinical decision maker when triaging individuals with sometimes multiple and highly complex mental health needs.
The successful applicant will provide a lead role in supporting the evaluation and management of clinical triage to ensure a range of recovery focused interventions with clear outcomes are provided to enable individuals to reach their full potential, utilising Third Sector organisations and community resources to maximise their recovery.
