**Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an industry leading builders merchants who are looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer in the Cheshire area. This position incorporates maximising sales and consistently delivering excellent customer servicestandards.**

This is a permanent job paying between £28,000 - £30,000 basic plus a tailored bonus structure.

Your duties will include:

- Showing enthusiastic leadership and supervisory skills in the showroom
- Designing kitchens and bathrooms
- Helping to inspire, coaching and creating an outstanding showroom team
- Constantly investing in team development
- Creating a sales-driven and customer focused showroom
- Driving and influencing sales and margin growth through effective use of layouts, displays, pricing and promotions
- Planning day to day operations including the management of showroom stocks
- Providing structured feedback on sales, products and customer feedback to the Branch Manager

**This would be the ideal role for a quality Kitchen Sales Designer, looking for the next challenge in their career.**

You should have:

- A successful track record in Kitchen Sales Design or Kitchen Showroom Management
- Previous industry knowledge of bathrooms and kitchens
