Cabinet Maker/polisher

We are looking to hire a hard-working, skilled cabinetmaker and polisher to join the workshop team in our luxury, bespoke kitchen and interior designers and manufacturers.

David Lisle is proud to be renowned in Cheshire as one of the top furniture manufacturers in the county. We work on high-end residential projects throughout Cheshire, designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke kitchens and other interiors of the highest quality.

We are looking for an experienced cabinetmaker to join our small team in our showroom and workshop in Macclesfield.

Experience with the following is essential:

- a broad range of woodworking machinery and hand tools
- understanding and working to technical manufacturing drawings
- a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- furniture polishing (or the desire to be trained in this)

Rate of pay is £15.00 - £17.00/hour dependent on experience, with opportunity for promotion in the future dependent on performance.

Overtime hours worked over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x the hourly rate.

20 days + bank holidays paid annual leave per year.
