**About the role**

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will provide Recruitment administrative support to your line manager and be the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries. Your role will be varied, including providing Support to the Recruitment Manager in day-to-day tasks.

The Role is based at our head offices in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire. This is an office-based role, with working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This is a 40 hour per week contract, with an hour lunch break unpaid. An occasional Saturday will be needed as and when required with advance warning given.

**What you will need.**

We’re looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and is always wanting to work to the best of their ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be given. This can be a fast-paced role, so being able to prioritize tasks is essential.

Other responsibilities include:

- Booking interviews
- Working to deadlines efficiently.

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum.
