Mortgage Administrator

**The Society is seeking to appoint a full time Mortgage Administration Officer to work in the Mortgage Department at our Head Office in Swansea.**
These roles offer a competitive salary range of between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum plus sector benefits, depending on experience.
Swansea Building Society is the only Building Society or Bank to have its Head Office located in South-West Wales. The Mortgage Department deals with all aspects of mortgage processing which range from issuing mortgage offer letters, dealing with solicitor queries, taking cases through to completion, ensuring that the Society’s security is registered at Land Registry, payment of procuration fees, dealing with arrears and forbearance customers and many other requirements necessary to ensure we comply with mortgage regulation.
Previous experience in mortgage processing in a building society or
Many existing members of the Mortgage Department have gone on to undertake frontline mortgage roles within the Society, and the current vacancy has arisen as a result of the very successful year the Society has had in terms of new mortgage lending.
This is an exciting time to join the Society as we continue to grow successfully and celebrate our 100 year anniversary in 2023.
