**Key Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented individual to join our Logistics team. The Fleet Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely scheduling of vehicles to allow us to provide an exceptional service to our clients. The Fleet Scheduler will be responsible for managing the coordination, allocation and optimization of vehicle resources to meet client demands. Work closely with the Depot Manager to make sure that our depots run smoothly and that each and every one of our customers receives their fuel on time and to a first class service. Your aim is to make sure every client receives their fuel in the most efficient way by improving routes and plans.

**Main Tasks**:

- Scheduling and rostering Fuel operators, vans and equipment needed to deliver our service
- Continuous analysis of scheduling data to identify opportunities for optimizing routes and reducing travel time for Fuel Operators
- Keep accurate records of scheduled assignments, vehicle utilization and delivery performance.

- A timely manner to ensure mínimal disruption to client service.
- Utilize scheduling software and other relevant tools to aid inefficient route planning.
- Delivering high levels of customer service internally and externally
- Supporting the Depot employee performance as well as reviewing your own performance management
- Actively contribute to process improvements by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing scheduling procedures, resource allocation and overall operational efficiency.
- Support Logistics Coordinator where necessary.
- Complete alcohol and drug testing when required
- Looking at PSL and ways to reduce costs
- Adherence to Company procedures and statutory laws
