1. **Customer Engagement**: Actively listen to their needs on the phone, and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them find the right gravel products for their projects.

2. **Sales Support**: Assist customers with product selection, answer enquiries about pricing, availability, and specifications, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including different types of gravel, aggregates, and landscaping materials, to effectively advise customers and make appropriate recommendations.

4. **Order Management**: Manage customer orders, including processing orders through the point-of-sale system, arranging deliveries, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.

5. **Customer Service**: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.

6. **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs and maximize sales revenue..

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems or similar software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £18,343.29-£26,500.00 per year
