Homes for Students is one of the UK’s leading providers of student accommodation.

We are seeking an Senior ambitious Marketing Executive to help us deliver a robust marketing strategy to support our marketing team. The role is based in Liverpool, working 40 hours per week 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A primary function of this role will be to own our Campaign Team. You will ensure requests Working closely with the Campaign, Design and Digital team you will coach and guide a small team to deliver tasks on time to a high standard.

**Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
- To oversee the Campaign team, to meet client expectations.
- Take the lead on high level calls in absence of the Marketing Manager
- To oversee all signage requests, bring fresh ideas to develop our current workstreams
- The ability to lead, coach and guide a team to deliver high quality work and meet tight deadlines.
- Represent and manage Homes for Students at Housing, Freshers Fairs and Sector events at across the UK.
- Own our partnerships with societies to elaborate on our current work flow to allow more creativity with campaigns and brand awareness.
- To manage stock levels of Merchandise working with 3rd party suppliers
- Leadership skills - the ability to coach, guide and mentor a team.
- Develop content and build relationships with key contacts.
- Assist with tactical plans and explore new ways in which we can market to students.
- Develop and proactively undertake projects to showcase the brand and its assets.
- To monitor, research and keep abreast of current trends in the student accommodation market and relevant competitors.
- Maintain strong relationships with key colleagues to communicate plans and complete tasks in a suitable time frame.
- Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy.
- To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues.
- Infrequent travel is a part of this role, visiting our properties all over the UK.

The above outlines the main duties and responsibilities of the position, however, this cannot be comprehensive and other duties may be requested from time to time.

**Skills**- Excellent organisational skills.
- Leadership skills - ability to manage a small team effectively
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines.
- Must have strong written skills
- Creative mind, and keen eye for detail
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets
- Good presentation skills in PowerPoint or other.
- Confident talking to people.
- Ability to present to stakeholders when required.
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Ability to achieve goals and targets within timescales.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Essential_- Leadership skills
- Educated to a degree level in Marketing, Business, or English/Journalism.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 6-12 months experience
- Desirable_- Experience of marketing in the student sector.
- Experience of budgetary management and working to financial regulations.
- Experience of consulting and meeting with customers
