At Understanding Recruitment, we are a leading technology and software engineering recruitment agency with a global reach. We work with some of the biggest names in the industry, from start-ups to multinational corporations, helping them to find the right talent to drive their businesses forward.

We are currently looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the technology and software engineering sector
- Gathering leads and business development opportunities
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, such as Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience within technology recruitment (or similar)
- 360 Business Development experience - signing up and managing your own client base
- A strong track record meeting & exceeding billings targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for technology and the desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
