**The Role**
You must be passionate about providing excellent support to customers. You’ll have a high attention to detail and be able to follow processes and perform tasks in a structured well thought-out manner.
Ideally, you’ll have at least a basic understanding of the financial services industry. Any knowledge of pensions, investments and the financial advice process would be very useful, but as long as you’re keen to learn then our client can teach you everythingyou need to know.

**What you need to succeed**
Excellent customer support skills, combining customer service with technical support
Good written and verbal communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner and confident outbound calling skills
Good interpersonal skills, including strong team working skills
Ability to perform tasks in a structured well thought-out manner (such as triaging and testing), plus good problem solving skills
Capable of quickly learning new software and explaining it to others
Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines - Capable of developing in-depth understanding of an industry or sector (demonstrated through previous experience)
**Package
This role is a 12 month Fixed Term full time position, working on a hybrid Office/ Remote basis, circa 2/3 days in the office, the rest from home. They are happy to talk flexible working and they can offer a unique and interesting role within the financialservices industry. The salary for this role is £23k, dependent upon the skills, knowledge and experience you can bring to the role.
