Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. The Labourer will be responsible for assisting with various manual tasks on construction sites, ensuring the smooth operation of projects.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Help with setting up and dismantling temporary structures
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks

Qualifications:

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Health and safety conscious with the ability to follow guidelines
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
