**About The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Bricklayer to join our busy, high performing Responsive Maintenance Team.

This is a permanent role, on a full-time basis working 38hrs per week.

The overall purpose for this role is to find someone who can,
- repair brickwork throughtout our housing stock
- replace lintels as and when required
- carry out emergency make safes to tripping hazards on flagging

You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to work towards deadlines whilst working in a conscientious and tidy manner using your own initiative. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
