A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of HR (Services & Reward) to join a growing manufacturing company on a hybrid basis. Reporting into the HR Director the role has 3 direct reports. The purpose of the role is to establish best HR processes to supportthe business and oversee all compensation & benefits practices to attract and retain high quality employees.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Oversee all Compensation & Benefits processes, tools and systems to optimise efficiency optimisation
- Together with the senior HR leadership team shape the strategy, design and development of a Total Rewards program
- Understand compensation policies and practices at each site and act as a Business Partner
- Ensure the benefits processes are followed and any changes collaborate with Payroll to ensure on time payments
- Manage and utilise a job evaluation system to evaluate and level jobs within the organisation and recommend improvements
- Keep on top of market trends to identify opportunities and gaps to elevate attractiveness/competitiveness
- Manage relationships with providers/brokers for all UK benefits
- Standardise the delivery of benefits across the UK to ensure compliance
- The delivery of a new integrated HCM system is currently in process and a key deliverable of the role will be to ensure the new system delivers streamlined processes to the business, and a step change in data reporting, analysis and provision of ManagementInformation.
- This position will also act as HR Manager for all Northampton related HR activities.

**Person Specification**
- At least 8 years' experience in HR/Compensation & Benefits
- Strong technical and data analytical skills
- Hands on personality who enjoys jumping in between the operational and tactical/strategic level
- Self-starter / self-management skills
- Educated to degree (or equivalent) or postgraduate level 7 in Business, HR or other relevant discipline

There is the opportunity to work from home for 2 days per week. In return you will receive a salary of between £55,000-£65,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and 27 days holiday plus bank holidays.
