**Conference Producer**

**IMAPAC UK LTD **is seeking a full-time **Conference Producer** to plan and execute events for B2B clients in the biopharmaceutical industry UK & EU region.

**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research via phone and desk, before using the intelligence collected to create the most compelling comprehensive conference programme.
- Identify, engage and confirm C-level speakers.
- Prepare event budget and prepare invoices for payment.
- Driving delegate sales campaigns to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Prepare event setup and break down.
- Manage event setup and break down.
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, etc.
- Writing, editing and producing world class content.
- Maintain accurate records of all events and follow up on events to ensure success.
- Deliver memorable events and customer service on the event day (Training and mentorship will be provided).

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Event Management or related field preferred. College diploma or equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; and must be able to use computer software programs to perform job duties; or must possess equivalent education and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,903.74-£29,661.07 per year
