**About the role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join Shot Scope’s growing commercial team in an exciting period of international growth. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team and design manager creating graphics, marketing campaigns, developing our brand identity and playing a key part in the design and strategy of our ecommerce website.

This role would be perfect for a designer who is eager to develop within a fast-paced and forward-thinking company that is truly committed to designing products to help the golfer improve.

**Key Responsibilities**
- UX/UI design of ecommerce website and landing pages, working closely with remote developer
- Creating digital design assets such as display banners and external campaigns within tight deadlines
- Be brand aware, ensuring all artwork reflects company brand guidelines
- Creation of company social media assets, retargeting ads and monthly newsletters
- Packaging design for new products
- Developing design concepts and delivering final print ready artwork
- Point of sale materials for sales team and retail partners
- Exhibition design - creating stands and materials for trade shows
- Create assets for sales team - retail listings and product brochures
- Creation of data articles and eye-catching infographics from content briefs
- Producing content packs for our influencers and brand ambassadors
- Design for key international markets: UK, EU and USA

**Required Skills**:

- Qualification in Graphic Design (or similar)
- 2+ years experience working as a designer (preferred)
- A solid portfolio showing your design skills and creative ability
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid understanding of key Graphic Design principles
- The ability to take ownership of projects and generate ideas
- Presenting design concepts and producing print ready artwork
- Video editing and Photography skills - After Effects / Premier Pro (desirable)
- Digital UX/UI design knowledge working with software such as Sketch or Figma (desirable)
- Attention to detail and creative eye
- Interest in Golf would be helpful but not essential
