Main responsibilities of this role include:
Meeting and greeting patients.

Answering and making telephone calls.

Dealing with Patient appointments face to face and over the telephone.

Managing electronic communication.

General reception duties.

Tasks, workflow and general administration.

Use of SystmOne bookings would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

You will be required to work until 6:30pm 4 day's per week, and on a rota basis, the occasional Evenings and Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
