We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Food and Beverage Assistant **to** **join our team working part time for 3 days / 12 hours per week**.** In return we will offer you a Real Living Wage hourly pay rate of **£10.90 per hour (OTE £11.44 per hour)**, a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK’s most stunning forest environments.

NOTE: All 16 to 18 year olds will be paid £7.67 per hour (OTE £8.05 per hour).

Open all year round, as a Food and Beverage Assistant you will play a pivotal role in our Forest Retreat, the hub of the location. This is our reception, the first port of call for guests checking in on their holiday.

As our Food and Beverage Assistant we offer a range of benefits that includes:

The Food and Beverage Assistant Role:
The Forest Retreat also has a shop which involves retail duties, and a small bar and café / restaurant where you will be required to do some catering and table waiting. Experience of working in a fast paced F&B or retail environment is essential. Your customer service skills will be vital in providing exemplary service to our guests throughout their stay, making sure each guest experiences that _Forest Feeling_ from the moment they check-in.
