Clerical Officer

**The Role**:
The Clerical Officer will provide comprehensive Administration and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times

A Flexible approach to working to suit service demand.

**Contract type**:
Fixed Term or Secondment for 6 months

Part Time

30 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based Lanarkshire wide covering the following locations when required:

- Camglen - Cambuslang Gate.
- Clydesdale - Carluke Health Centre
- East Kilbride - Hunter Health Centre
- Hamilton - Douglas Street
