They have some long-standing relationships with many businesses within the local community and offer a variety of services helping companies across both public and private sectors.

**What do they want?**

They are currently going through an expansion phase of their business, wherein, in the next few years they will be looking to open in several other locations across the south-west. They are looking for experienced recruiters looking for their bite of the cherry, to help us with the plans and carve out a successful, profitable career for themselves. Ideally, they would like someone who already has a background in either construction or engineering in the recruitment world.

**What is the job?**

They foresee the construction market in the southwest flourishing over the next few years, as many projects are being approved and started here. Thus, there will be plenty of roles in the industry to go after and enable to successful applicant a fruitful career with the company.

**So, what skills do I need?**
- Previous Recruitment Experience - Within Engineering or Construction
- A decent network of industry professionals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
