About the Role

Talent Chief Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the South-West region. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews, and providing feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various engineering and construction roles
  • Compiling shortlists and arranging interviews with clients

  • Writing job adverts from customer briefs
  • Handling the onboarding process with customers
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience in engineering or construction
