**Training & Resource Coordinator**
The Training & Resource Coordinator will work for a leading Business Jet Company organising and booking all elements of Training for engineers and helping with resource planning across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity based in Dorset to join an established independent Aviation client, whilst being rewarded with a competitive package and company benefits.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage and maintain the resource planning spreadsheet
- Schedule holidays, unplanned absences and work allocations for ESL locations, ensuring these are properly recorded onto the resource planner
- Report on resource levels, issues & trends - ensuring a feed into continual improvement so senior management have good visibility via KPIs
- Maintain rosters for support staff, apprentices, and any temporary staff
- Schedule training courses and providing joining instructions where necessary
- Raise purchase orders, book courses with external training providers and provide joining instructions
- Collate all training costs and provide to the Training Manager for analysis and inclusion in staff training bonds
- Organise and book travel and accommodation for all staff attending training courses as necessary
- Assist the Training Manager with the organisation and coordination of induction programmes for all new starters
- Support learning and training opportunities for all staff including qualified engineers and apprentices
**Mandatory Requirements**
Experience providing business or technical administration support
Excellent MS Office skills including Word and Excel
High attention to detail, and an adaptable and resourceful personality
**Additional Information**

- Fri 8.00am-4.30pm
- Hold a valid passport allowing the right to live and work within the United Kingdom.
