**Excel Co-ordinator / Administrator**
Experienced Excel Administrators who have an intermediate level in Excel are needed for this full-time position located in Salford. Working for a global organisation that can offer progression and growth you will be responsible for supporting the Account Managers with the administration of their portfolio of customers. You will be looking after the prices and costing of contracts, making updates and amendments, and inputting statistics onto the CRM database and Spreadsheets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for supporting both internal and external customers
- Provide administrative support to the national account sales team
- Updating, maintaining, and verifying customer pricing
- Working on Excel to manage spreadsheets, create basic formulas
- Producing pricelists based on account information
- Analysis of spreadsheets and data.
As one of the main points of contact for internal and external customers, excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience in a fast-moving team environment is essential, together with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer service issues effectively.
**Experience in using Excel to an intermediate level is required.**
