**Job overview**:
The Clinical Outpatient Team is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join as a Room Booking Co-ordinator to manage and facilitate all Clinical Outpatients rooms and our Housekeeping service to sustain high levels of service efficiency.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will be involved in the maintenance and inputting of room requests on the Electronic Room Booking system in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for ordering and stores across the department together with the maintenance of equipment. You will have a good understanding of the importance of data quality, service development, have experience of working in PAS, patient centre and e-procurement. Experience of Excel would be desirable.
