**Job overview**:
The administrator is to work alongside the prioritisers who are Nurses, Therapists and other members of staff employed within the multi-professional team based in our South Kerrier Local Point of Access (LPOA)

We work as part of the West iTOCH administration team. You will be expected to work flexibily to cover the iTOCH, North Kerrier and Penwith for annual leave/sickness/vacancies etc. alongwith the other administrators working in the West.

This is a part time position working with the other administrators to cover 8-6 x 5 days a week plus 1:3 weekends.

**Main duties of the job**:
You must possess excellent communication and people skills; have the ability to work under pressure, whilst being a committed member of our
West iTOCH team.

This is a part-time position covering the hours of 8am to 8pm 7 days/week, including bank holiday along with the other administrator within the West team.

**Working for our organisation**:
We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.

We work in people's homes, in community clinics and bases. Some staff work from one of our 13 community hospitals. Our aspiration is to have great people, provide great care, be a great place to work and a great partner.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increases the numbers of people who use our services.
