Imperial Professionals is delighted to announce that we are working with one of our high-profile clients to appoint an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis.
**Job Title**: Administrator
**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8am till 5pm
**Location**: Harrow (close to West Harrow Station) - Free parking on site.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support customers and engineers with co-ordinating all repair works chargeable and FOC
- Co-ordinate with administrative team to ensure customer details are up to date
- Liaise with sales team for customer visitation schedules
- Assist with updating of rota documents and any amendments to standby etc. inclusive of any notices
- Managing external portals on behalf of their clients
- Dealing with customers and Engineers over the telephone
**Requirements**:
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills.
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (telephone work will be involved)
- Excellent document production skills.
- Good attention to detail, analytical and able to follow procedures
- Highly motivated, reliable, and hard working.
- Positive attitude and effective communicator
- Excellent time management skills, highly organised, approachable, and flexible
