**Your main responsibility ** is to ensure that all delivered work is paid on time and any outstanding debt is collected. **The expected result **of your job is “collections quotas met”.
You have the ability to solve difficult problems “head-on” and you are good at keeping track of people. You are computer-literate, you have a natural sense for order and planning and can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past. You have the ability to get things done on time and within deadlines.
You will have the overall responsibility of managing 3 - 5 Collections Assistants and making sure that any problems related to outstanding debt is resolved.
If you have produced good results in the past, we will train you to do your job in a good and stable way.
There will be opportunities to prove yourself and continue to grow with our company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
