OVERVIEW:

- This firm are seeking the addition of an Asbestos Lawyer who is an expert in handling claims for asbestos related diseases such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer.
- The successful Asbestos Lawyer will be responsible for their own busy caseload of high value multi-track matters and will be required to run the case from initial enquiry to trial, including cases issued to the High Court.
- You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members therefore a passion for this area of law is essential.
- Applications are sought from highly motivated Lawyers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE who have a passion for this area of law.
- The appointed Asbestos Lawyer will have a complete working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs.
- Excellent networking skills are essential in order to develop relationships with this firm’s broad client base.
