Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a leading law firm and manage a team of industrial disease solicitors. The role is hybrid working with office presence required for 3 days per week.

It is essential that you have significant experience in asbestos related claims. This is a role that will combine management and fee earning.

The Successful Applicant

It's likely that you will have at least 5 years' experience as a qualified UK solicitor with experience running your own matters and supervising others. It is essential that you have experience in asbestos related claims and a strong working knowledge of the Pre Action Protocol for Disease and Illness claims and Practice Direction 49B - Mesothelioma Claims.
