As part of our development strategy, we are looking for an Account Executive (M/F) on a permanent contract to develop our client portfolio in the service and leisure industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Your mission will be to contribute to Hemblem's hyper-growth. As an Account Executive (M/F), your role will be to generate as many commercial opportunities as possible.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Expansion, you will be in charge of:

- Ensuring the achievement and/or surpassing of your monthly objectives.
- Conducting presentations (on-site, remote...).
- Ensuring a good relationship between clients and the company, making yourself available to them until a relationship of trust is established, and being the company's representative to them.
- Conclusion of the sale.
- Following up on customer satisfaction, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and retaining clients.
- Managing your clients' data in the CRM, ensuring that all communications are recorded, and that the information is accurate.
- Creating and monitoring a weekly report on areas for improvement and successes.
- Proactively sharing ideas and best practices to contribute to Hemblem App's growth and ongoing success.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowing of the leisure industry
- Similar experience as sales (3 years)
- Worked as sales in the food tech
- Native Speaker

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account management: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
