We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Customer Supply Planner to join our team, on a 12-18 month secondment, responsible for delivering great customer service and operational excellence through effective planning and problem resolution, to maximiser availability by understanding customers’ needs. The Customer Supply Planner will identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and cost savings by working with our customers to plan short term demand and ensure stock is supplied right first time.

In this role, you will:

- Manage the complete order management process including order processing, distributor liaison, dispatch notification and customer relationships
- Deliver and maintain KPI’s
- Liaise with Demand planning, Warehouse and Production planning teams to maximise sales without impacting future availability and cause service risks
- Reduce the number of slow moving and obsolete sku’s and clear aged stock
- Proactively resolve all issues which arise from order processing through to dispatch to minimise impact to distributors and stakeholders
- Identify issues in demand and supply imbalances and mitigate short term risks, implementing agreed strategies to ensure the best outcomes across all markets
- Lead international complaints and investigation process and identify opportunities to advance and formulate action plans to improve operation efficiency
- Identify opportunities to deliver Continuous Improvement and ‘Raise the bar’, via individual workstreams and projects.

**Requirements**:

- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, gained within a retail and/or manufacturing FMCG Supply Chain environment,
- Strong internal and external communication and relationship building, and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of business in commercially sensitive situations.
- Prioritisation and organisation skills
- You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills, a can-do attitude, robust analytical and numeracy skills, and attention to detail.
- You will also have strong MS Office skills, particularly with MS Excel.
