Within the Group, **Quantum Pharmaceutical** is the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of unlicensed medicines and hard-to-source products. We offer an unrivalled product range, backed by expert knowledge and exceptional customer service. Throughout the UK the Group employs close to 300 including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, and customer services staff.
Our Quality Assurance department are key to making sure the products we make and distribute are of the highest standard and that all our departments are working in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. We are looking to add a Quality Assurance Administrator to the team.
**As a Quality Assurance Administrator your responsibilities will include, though will not be limited to**:
- Perform the role of SME for the eQMS - Scilife and promote associated procedures.
- Be responsible for training of the eQMS
- Continually look for ways to improve the eQMS and control of related documentation (for example, policies, SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Templates, Specifications, Stability Packs, General Documents etc).
- Assist in the creation of all in house electronic training courses.
- Log all quality documentation which is not included in the eQMS (for example, specifications) onto the relevant electronic QA logs in a timely manner and perform all filing duties which may accompany this.
- Be responsible for administration of the company archive system, keep a record of all archive transactions and liaising with the third-party archive site.
- Assist in document retrieval and organisation of documents, for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Assist with the vendor approval review and requalification process.
- Participate in the Internal Audit process including creation of schedule and completion of audits and related documentation.
- Undertake training that the Company deems mandatory/necessary.
- Contribute to Quantum Pharmaceutical commitment to continuous improvement.
- Follow, promote, and enforce relevant SOPs, job aids, and Company policies and procedures.
- Proactively support business operations by helping in other departments which may be busier than your own at a particular time.

**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:
- Experience of operating in a similar administration role is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of working autonomously and making decisions.
- Strong, up to date knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDocP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ life sciences industry is advantageous.
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent).
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to travel to other sites, if required
