**Role: Business Support Coordinator**

**Location: Nursling (Hybrid working)**

**Hourly Rate: £11.67 per hour**

**Duration of post: 6 months temporary**

**Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)**

**Detailed services to be provided**:

- Accurate manual & semi-automated data entry into a front-end database from spreadsheets and other data sources (Accuracy is key with the individual being able to cross referencing data to avoid copying errors and data quality issues).
- Good communication skills to follow up queries on data quality with Project Managers & Resource Owners.
- Using SAP to process invoices & requisitions.
- Management of datasets.

**Experience required**:

- Good working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office and specifically MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of using Microsoft Power BI reports & SAP would be desirable but training will be given with an opportunity to build those skills if desired.
- Good numeracy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise work effectively to meet deadlines.

**Technologies required**:

- MS Office (Using Teams, MS Excel specifically)
- Microsoft Power BI & knowledge of SAP would be desirable but not essential.
