Order Processing Representative with Greek

Chester, United Kingdom Park Street People Full time

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Order Processing Representative with fluent/native Greek & Czech language skills to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Taking orders from customers, often requiring a lot a product knowledge and query resolution, and enter them in SAP
- Overseeing backorders and returns
- Assisting with internal and external audits

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an order processing/customer support role particularly within the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry
- Fluent in Greek & Czech
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
